  • 8-10 Medjool Dates

  • 1 ¼ cup Cashew nuts

  • 1 cup of Nuts and Friends Chocolate Granola

  • 3 tbsps coconut oil

  • Handful of canded fruits of your choice (I’ve used canded orange)

  • 2 tsps vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsps pure cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsps nut butter of your choice (I’ve used almond butter)


  • Firstly, mix the cashew nuts for some seconds until they get into small chunks.

  • Secondly, cut the dates and add them to the food processor, followed by the rest of the ingredients.

  • Check if you need more coconut oil or dates. The texture has to be very sticky.

  • Put the mixture into your baking tray and freeze for about 15 minutes

Chocolate Glaze:

  • For the simple chocolate glaze you just melt a little bit of your favorite chocolate with 2 tbsps of coconut oil and some vanilla sugar.

  • Put it on top of the bar mixture and add toppings such as more Granola or coconut flakes

  • Now freeze again for one hour.

  • Take it out of the freezer 20 minutes before enjoying them.
