8-10 Medjool Dates
1 ¼ cup Cashew nuts
1 cup of Nuts and Friends Chocolate Granola
3 tbsps coconut oil
Handful of canded fruits of your choice (I’ve used canded orange)
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 tbsps pure cocoa powder
1 tbsps nut butter of your choice (I’ve used almond butter)
Firstly, mix the cashew nuts for some seconds until they get into small chunks.
Secondly, cut the dates and add them to the food processor, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Check if you need more coconut oil or dates. The texture has to be very sticky.
Put the mixture into your baking tray and freeze for about 15 minutes
For the simple chocolate glaze you just melt a little bit of your favorite chocolate with 2 tbsps of coconut oil and some vanilla sugar.
Put it on top of the bar mixture and add toppings such as more Granola or coconut flakes
Now freeze again for one hour.
Take it out of the freezer 20 minutes before enjoying them.
