CHIA PUDDING WITH GRANOLA TOPPING



Ingredients (1 Jar)

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 30 ml plant based milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk fat

  • 1/2 tsp dragon fruit powder

  • 2 tbsp Nuts and Friends granola


Instructions:

  • 1. Mix the chia seeds in the milk and 1/2 tsp maple syrup and let it sit in a jar for 4-8 hours.

  • 2. Whip the coconut milk fat, dragon fruit powder and 1/2 tsp maple syrup. Top this up on the soaked chia in the jar.

  • 3. Add the granola and enjoy!
