Ingredients (1 Jar)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
30 ml plant based milk
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut milk fat
1/2 tsp dragon fruit powder
2 tbsp Nuts and Friends granola
1. Mix the chia seeds in the milk and 1/2 tsp maple syrup and let it sit in a jar for 4-8 hours.
2. Whip the coconut milk fat, dragon fruit powder and 1/2 tsp maple syrup. Top this up on the soaked chia in the jar.
3. Add the granola and enjoy!
