
Ingredients / Instructions
• 200g Oat or Almond Flour (you can just grind both up in your Nutribullet or whatever kind of blender you own)
• 20g Coconut Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
-Mix all dry ingredients together
-Then add one at a time:
• 3 Ripe bananas
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Optional (but very recommended)
• Dark chocolate
-Slice up half a banana and top each muffin off with a slice, then sprinkle with some Maple Syrup.
-Bake at 180 for about 20 until golden brown.
-Eat cold - way better than out of the oven when still warm. Weird but true.
