I’ve been obsessed with making this jam for a while now! It tastes like a real sugary jam but it’s actually super healthy and quick to make!
For the Bowl:
Vanilla soy yogurt
Strawberry-chia jam
Banana
Vanilla-cinnamon granola @nutsandfriends
Strawberry chia jam recipe
Ingredients:
- 225g frozen strawberries
- splash of water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
In a small pot, cook the strawberries with the water on medium heat
until they get really soft. Smash them with a spatula. Add chia seeds
and mix well. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 mins with the lid
on.
